Course Description

This session will use a patient case and reflective exercise to discuss approaches for deprescribing in participant's clinical practices.

Program Learning Objectives

  • Highlight the scope and impact of polypharmacy
  • Discuss the process, potential benefits and harms of deprescribing
  • List available tools to support deprescribing in practice
