Deprescribing: What and How
Course Description
This session will use a patient case and reflective exercise to discuss approaches for deprescribing in participant's clinical practices.
Program Learning Objectives
- Highlight the scope and impact of polypharmacy
- Discuss the process, potential benefits and harms of deprescribing
- List available tools to support deprescribing in practice

This program has been planned and implemented in accordance with the policies of the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education through the sponsorship of OSU College of Pharmacy.
